Baby cries with anyone but me

I have 2 month old who starts crying when anyone but me holds her. Even my husband can only keep her for short periods of time before she starts crying, and she won't calm down until I take her. I am going back to work in 2 weeks and am very worried about that. My sister-in-law started coming over every day to get my DD used to someone else but me. My DD cried on and off for a whole hour while mu SIL was holding her, and refused to take the bottle from her. I am BF and pumping. I am worried that when I leave her at daycare she'll just cry the whole day and refuse to eat. Any advice? Anyone else had the same issues?

    When my sister went back to work her son refused to take a bottle bc she was bfing... after the first day or so he gave in and was fine... I know it's awful. Do you work close by? Maybe you could go to daycare during lunch and work later?

    Unfortunately that is not an option. I work 25 min away and my lunch is only 1/2 hour. She did, however, take the bottle from SIL the second day, so things are looking up! First day will probably be tough, but I think she'll get used to it.

    Any chance she does this when you're still in the room?  DS has started doing it but only when he can still see me (and maybe smell me).  But most of the time, as soon as I'm out of the room, he settles down.

    Yes, it happened to me and yes, eventually DS got the gist of things. It was hard at first but eventually he took the bottle from his daycare providers. I was a worried wreck for a few days though.
