Twins?

Anyone else think this looks like twins? Doc said they weren't quite sure yet what it was cause it's too early.

Re: Twins?

  • You'll have to wait and see. But, if yes, then I'll be jealous. I want twins in the worst way :)

  • Honestly if your doctor couldn't tell, we won't be able to either. But that's exciting!
  • I'll be super jelly too!! I've always wanted twins!! Will you be excited or overwhelmed if it turns out to be twins?
  • I have no idea what I'm looking at! haha

I don't have a medical degree, so if your Doc can't tell, I won't be able to either!

Hope you find out at your next u/s.
  • Are you thinking the two white dots are two heart beats? Could be! Time will tell, but so exciting to think about!

  • Twins are the best! Overwhelming at times but so worth it!
With our twins (fraternal) we saw 2 sacs, two heartbeats at 6w5d - good luck!!
  • The two white dots are measuring the one baby but right above it looks like another one.
  • When did they say to come back in to know?
  • Firstly,  congrats to you all!  I'm sure you must be a little overwhelmed but excited!!!

Secondly, no twins confirmed for me yet, doctors appointment/us is 9/28, but I just had to post and say for the past several days I have had this overwhelming truth feeling that I am having twins.  And twins also keep popping up EVERYWHERE for me. My son's cartoons, my pregnancy app, television and radio.... just everywhere.  I will be so happy as long as it/them is healthy but I just can't shake this feeling.

Did anyone else feel like that before they found out? :)

  • @MrsPrice519 I had no idea but I wasn't shocked when I found out if that makes sense. I really don't know how much mothers intuition plays a part in it though, tbh. I have a history of natural twins and triplets in my family (as in without fertility assistance) so it wasn't outside the realm of possibility.

  • @MrsPrice519 I doubt I'm actually having twins, but I have had an overwhelming feeling that I will. I hadn't told anyone but DH and then my grandma came out of nowhere saying she had a premonition that I'll have twins.

I mean, what are the odds that she would guess that? I'm hoping for only one but we'll see next month!

I have some natural twin history in my family too, but it's been a while since it's shown up.  :) Guess we will see!

    That's so cool though!

  • I just hope my dreams are NOT correct!  I've already had two dreams of having triplets.  Last night's dream was that I had an ultrasound that showed three babies in there!  I woke up scared to death.  I just remember waking up thinking "How could I ever take care of three, I only have two arms!"  My husband and I joked this morning that we might actually be relieved if we find out we were having twins.  (It's all probably in my head though, my mom has told me for years I deserve triplet boys...I guess I was pretty ornery child...)

Oh yes... Daycare prices! If we had 2 more one of us would definitely be staying home. Daycare for 1 is already more than our mortgage payment. Heck one of us might have to stay home with 2 kids!

ETA the one staying home would be DH. I think he would be a wonderful SAHD
