Ovulation after first period

So I finally had my period after my loss on July 30th! It ended yesterday and usually I ovulate on the 12th day of my cycle.. Just wondering if ovulation changed for any of you afterward and best ways to track it!

    It changed for me. I used to have very regular 28 day cycles, now they are from 31 to 34 days. I track ovulation using apps (glow, fertility friend, Ovia) and input my cervical mucous and bbt every day. This pinpoints my O date.     I Had my 2nd mc on July 26th and i got my first af last week or the week before. I'm on CD 12 now and i normally ovulate on CD13 or 14 and my opks have all been negative and pretty light, so my guess is that its changed a little bc of the mc :/ Good luck with everything!
