Headache....

Ugh! I've had a headache since yesterday and normally since I don't get them very often, I take aspirin. Obviously now I can't do that so I tried to go natural and have some tea, close my eyes in the dark, and other small tricks but nope. They did not work.

Is there anything I can take for it? I heard Tylenol is ok but then I hear it's not.

Definitely take Tylenol if you're really in pain, but also chug that water. Keeping ultra hydrated usually helps!

Yeah, I've had a few headaches too with this pregnancy. In the past, only time I get headaches was a few days before my period started. So getting it now kind of made me nervous that I'd start bleeding in the next few days. Silly, I know. And I'm fine, no blood. But headaches suck.

If you are into essential oils, rub a little peppermint oil on your temples. Works for me every time. Peppermint is one of the safe for pregnancy oils.

Thanks for your advice! I have been using peppermint oil since yesterday, and it has given me some relief. I find that I have to reapply it every couple of hours for the effect. Do you know if there is a limit to how much is safe?

I've start having headaches from the moment I wake up. I'll fall back to sleep and still wake up to a headache. But I've started drinking more water and taking Tylenol and it's gotten better

My Dr told me up to 55mg was safe. I had a headache the other day I couldn't shake no matter how much I tried to rest and keep hydrated. I bought infants Tylenol that Dr approved and boom it was gone.
