Confused and frustrated. bFN, cramps and no AF

So I got my BFN on Tuesday. Took my last progesterone and estrogen meds Monday. Last month it took a full week from stopping meds for af to show so I'm kind of expecting that again but both yesterday and today I've woken up very early like 4-5 am with bad cramps. When I get up for the day around 6 both days the cramps soon went away. I keep thinking great cramps af is here. But she's not. Why cramps if no blood?? I just want the next cycle to start.

    I'm so sorry, that is truly frustrating! I hope AF shows today so you can start a new cycle. :|

    Treatment: Clomid:  50mg, 100mg, 150mg - not successful and not monitored

                      Menopur 75ml (upped to 112.5ml), Ovidrel, & IUI  IUI #1 8/31/2015

    9/15/2015: BFP HCG - 400, 9/17/2015: HCG - 827, 9/21/2015 - HCG 3,327!
    Heartbeat 10/2/2015: 118bpm
    DS: 5/27/2016

    TTC# 2: 12/2017
    BFP: 4/20/2018
    EDD: 12/29/2018
