Anyone had a tubal ligation yet?

My daughter was born on June 26th and i had my tubes tied August 24th. The procudeure was super easy and minimal soreness and healing seems to be going fine.
I have my 2 week follow up appointment on Tuesday so im also going to ask my doctor this also, but would love some insight if anyone else has had it done.
Like i said, its been almost 2 weeks since the procedure and the last couple days my pelvic area has been really sore sometimes on the left side and sometimes on the right. I had my period the week before my procedure so it will be time for it again here soon and that may be the reason for the soreness but im not sure and just a little concerned.
Any input would be greatly appreciated :)

    I had a tubal when I had my c-section.  The only change I have  noticed is that my periods are longer and I am spotting between periods on the regular.  I am not sure if that is normal or not.  I plan to wait it out another month or two and if the spotting does not stop, I will go in and see my OB about it.  I did not have any additional pelvic pain (that I noticed) but, as I said above, I had my tubal at the same time as my c-section.  Good luck to you.  I hope you're feeling better!

    I am feeling much better, especially now that my stitches are gone. I talked to my doctor and aparently I have a tilted uterus and he said because of that my periods may be a little rougher and may have more cramping because it has to work harder to empty everything out every month so that may be the cause of my little bit of pain here and there. He also said some women have random discomfort for a couple months after a tubal...nothing serious, just discomfort or slight period cramp feeling and it will eventually go away.

    I had a tubal during my c section. I still haven't had a period yet. If it is heavier, I'm going to chalk it up to post partum and I'm 33.

    I haven't had my period yet since my tubal...had it the week before the surgery and it's only been 2.5 weeks since the surgery...not sure how different, if any, it will be.

    Me either!! My csection was 15 weeks ago! And Im not nursing. I did have alot of stress and had to have surgery when baby was 10 weeks so I figured the stress caused me not to have one. But now things have been fine and I still haven't had one.
