Unrealistic or Not

I am currently experiencing a missed miscarriage.  Our baby quit growing 3 weeks ago.  The doctor gave us 2 weeks to try for a natural miscarriage.  We will get the green light after one period.  Is it unrealistic to hope to be pregnant again by Christmas?  With both my pregnancies we were pregnant the first month.

    With my first it happened first cycle. After that mc it was the 4th cycle. I just had a d&c for that loss today. Any thing is possible but don't stress yourself out if it doesn't happen. Also it took almost 2 months for AF to show after the first mc... Sorry for your loss.

    Why would it be unrealistic? Especially since you seem to get pregnant quickly, anything is possible. But stressing over it won't help.

    I also got my first post d&c af 32 days after, but it can certainly vary from person to person.
