Hello Everyone!
I’m new to this board but I wanted to say hello! I’ve been lurking over in TTGP for a while (mainly because my phone app takes me there) but my DH and I haven’t actually started TTC so I find this more fitting. We have been married for 9 months and have been living together for about 2.5 months (DH is in the military). I have been on BCP for almost 8 years now since I was diagnosed with PCOS in high school. I haven’t had a period in about 16 months! I’m going to stop taking my BCP in October and try to use temping and OPKs and (maybe) condoms to TTA. I want to have time off my pill to see if my body will even ovulate on its own before actively trying so I don’t get disappointed immediately. Just two days ago my DH agreed to start trying in December/January so I am excited about that!
We are the only married couple in our friend group and, even more so, the only couple thinking about children. Needless to say, I’m extremely happy to have these groups where I can read information and have other people with as bad of baby fever as me!
Looking forward to lurking some more over here J

Thank you! @HookEmNelson I'll be taking my last pill on Oct 11th! I know this because I have a vacation planned for that weekend so I don't want my first month off the pill to be one leading up to a vacation full of hiking and poolside tanning. I got on the pill originally because I was bleeding every single day for 4 months straight... so I'm a little nervous that might happen again!
