Super heavy period

this is my third period post c section and I've been bleeding super heavy for 6 days, still red blood. I'm wearing the night time pads and changing every hour. I can feel it flooding out when I stand up. Not sure if I should be going to the doctor? Anyone else experience period problems? I have no cramping or any other symptoms

I also had a csection and this is my 3rd period...anyway, its been soo heavy! If it continues to be this way, will def go to the dr.

I also had a c section and mine are very heavy where I have to change my tampon Atleast every two hours, but they only last three or four days and by the last but it is brown blood
