  We had our 4mo shots today and our DS did great! I think I work myself up about it. I have his Dad hold his hand and talk to him while it happens because I can't watch! If you're LO starts crying bad, try walking her outside right away to change scenery and take her mind off of it. I just asked about side effects and when I should worry. Last time he just slept a lot and lost his appetite for a day. We modified our vaccination schedule so he only received his second round of Dtap and Hib.

  We did ours today! Just me, heart breaking. It timed out that she would need a feeding right after so I nursed her. She fell asleep and woke up smiling!
  
  My ped and I talked about sleep and eating routines, and when/how to introduce solids. My LO showed off a bit, so that helped (laughed, smiled, talked, put things in her mouth, even smiled while on her belly!) made me look like I know what I'm doing ;-)

  LO had her shots a while back, i usually just type up things i'm wondering about in my phone so i wont forget them when it's time for the appointment.
