New April Mom-to-be!

Hello All! I am new here from the Infertility & TTTC boards. This is my first pregnancy. A bit about my journey is found in my signature.

Went in for my first u/s yesterday. I have fibroids, which I knew. I didn't know that fibroids could distort ultrasound images. So, from what we can see, there are 2 sacs, 2 heartbeats. The heartbeats looked pretty strong to me, although they didn't try to count them. The issue is that the doc and the tech were having a hard time seeing what was going on in the sacs. They were really wishy-washy and didn't give us a warm and fuzzy. They want us to come back in a week and a half when the babies would be bigger to see if we can see them better. Just hoping for healthy babies! Glad to be sharing this time with all of you!
