Symptoms going away?

I am 7wks 4 days. I have not had extreme nausea yet just some minor stuff here and there. My boobs were really sore the past few weeks but today hardly anything! Iv been feeling gassy and some cramping/discomfort. Im on bed rest till week 12 due to some bleeding every now and then. I had a miscarriage in may around 4/5 wks. Is this normal? Symptoms going way or less intensity? My next US is next wed. All other US looked fine. I starting to fear the worst :(
