Cramping after romping doggie :(

My wonderful 10-month old vizsla (about 55 lbs) was romping around in the couch while I was sitting, and now I am really cramping!! I am 4w3d - should I be worried?

He didn't step on me but I had to work hard to avoid it and probably used my core more than I should have...

Nothing to worry about IMO! Baby is still sooooooooo tiny yet!

I'm no doctor, but using your core isn't something to worry about. Drink tons of water and walk around, that usually eases cramping.

Ahhh ok! I am so worried

I lost my last pregnancy (twin girls) at 19 weeks and it took us 11 months of IVF to get this BFP!

So sorry for your loss! I wouldn't worry. Using core muscles is fine... and even if they did hit you, unless it was REALLY hard or something, I think you'd still be fine. They're pretty well-padded in there
