Breastmilk Supply issues

is it normal to be oversupply one day then under the next? I was literally leaking everywhere with breastmilk a couple of days ago and now I'm lucky if I pump 1-2 ounces both breasts combined.. I nurse most of the day and just started pumping more often than before so I'm guessing my body is adjusting?

Could be adjusting. Are you eating enough and drinking enough water?

I think so.. But that could be it. I'll definitely drink more water/ eat more hope that helps. Thanks!
