Acid reflux Problems causing weight issues ??

My son is almost 4 months only 11 and half pounds.. Barely wants to eat due to his reflux and is taking Pepcid currently and has been for a couple months.. Anyone in a similar situation ?? Suppose to go to GI specialist again tomorrow to see if anything else is wrong

    My daughter has acid reflux and my doctor prescribed her Zantac that she takes twice a day plus suggested adding a little rice cereal to her bottle to give it a little more substance and if there is no cereal in her bottle she spits up a LOT but the cereal bottles pretty much all stay down.
    She was 7 lbs 13 oz at birth and at her 2 month appointment she was 11 lbs 10 oz and she eats 3.5-4 oz every 3-4 hours
