Elimination diet?

For anyone that has done an elimination diet, how long was it before you noticed a difference in your LO? My doctor recommended that I try to decrease my dairy intake. I'm just wondering how I do that and still provide enough calcium for myself to stay healthy.

  • You can always take a calcium supplement or increase your vegetable intake since there's actually more calcium per calorie in leafy greens!

  • So I definitely took the elimination diet seriously and it took a good 2 weeks for me to feel like what needed to be out of my system was out. I just remember eating a lot of oatmeal for some reason, hah! Good luck!
