After a mmc that ended with a d&c in March we found out we were expecting again in August. We were both so excited and we even got to see the heartbeat last week. Then today, our first official prenatal visit. No heartbeat. We are heartbroken. Baby stopped at exactly 7 weeks 5 days. Just like last time. Dr had lots of blood work done today and we will know in a couple weeks if there is an issue. D&C is scheduled for Friday.... Also, I'm very sorry for all of your losses as well.

    Big hugs and big tears. I experienced a mc last week for a sweet april babe. Thinking extra about you and yours during this season. ...concerning the multiple mc... Is you dr doing extra tests, etc? *creepy internet hugs!!

    Thank you all so much. Of course you never hope anything is medically wrong but in this case I hope they find something and we can fix it. The first due date is rapidly approaching (sept 19th) and all I wanted was to be pregnant again so the pain wouldn't be as bad. :(

    I'm so sorry for your losses. I had a Mmc in January (my first EDD just passed on sept 7th) and I had a second MMC in July (would have been due late February). I've started the testing process for recurrent loss - feel free to PM anytime if you want to talk.

    Thank you! The last thing my OB said to me today before the procedure was we will get answers and you will be bringing a little one home. Blood results should be back before my next appt 9/24. I just worry cause I'm defiantly not getting any younger. I turned 34 in August and fiancée is 39.
