Knoxville Playgroups

My husband and I moved to Knoxville a couple months ago. We have an 11 month old we adopted and our second baby is due October 15th. I REALLY want to find a playgroup or even just a few mommies and their littles to meet up with a few times a month. My daughter really needs to be learning social skills. We don't know anyone here except for my brother and his wife, and they aren't quite ready for kiddos! I am a stay at home mom, we live in Karns and I love baking, crafting and reading. I would LOVE any suggestions! Thanks
