It's 836p here and we are just heading to bed, so I'm crossing my fingers I'll be able to get some sleep tonight. Not too hopeful since it's been the same story every night for the past week. I-)

Ok made it almost through the whole night. Up at 5am today. Sure beats 3am though. I am starting to feel some nausea and thinking that might be what is keeping me up today

I finally got a good nights sleep! Its been two weeks since I was able to mostly sleep through the night. Only woke up once and was able to go back semi quickly.

Fell asleep... Took a little bit of time though and I woke up at 5am bc I had to pee and couldn't go back to sleep. So a little better I guess? :-|

I've always had issues sleeping, and restless legs (itching crawling occasionally even pin pricky feelings) have been acting up. Add in middle of the night trips to the restroom and unbearable heat, and I am so with you.

Try switching to a prenatal that has Magnesium in it -- I recommend Rainbow Light Embrace 35+ (even if you aren't 35) because it has a more absorbable form of Magnesium in it. Really helps with restless legs.
