A fire drill...on my lunch...the first minute of the day to myself since 8am...when I'm STARVING...that turns into an actual event complete with fire trucks. Thank goodness it ended up being NBD but I did not appreciate losing some of my precious time and had to sit outside in the hot Florida sun while a thunderstorm rolled in because the stupid cafeteria burned something in the oven.
Over the weekend we posted a photo of DD teasing DH saying "I kiss boys" and giggling. She's two. One of my college friends commented and asked what we would do if she said "I kiss girls" wtf. She's two!! She's only saying that to tease. I am pretty sure she doesn't fully understand what that means.

Ugh. I would have been like "So what?" My dad fully thinks I'm going to turn my son and nephew gay because they both got baby dolls and strollers for their birthdays (they were born a day apart) and LOVE them, so I encourage them to play with them. He would flip if he found out I allow DS to play with my makeup brushes.

Agreed. We aren't gender bias in our family. We have both gender toys in our house. One day she is a princess the next she is a truck driver or construction worker.
More or less the OP was look I ng for other teen moms. A few ladies on the board gave some opinions and another teen mom freaked out and called everyone mean and nasty. I suggested she get used to the opinions/judgement because that unfortunately goes with being a teen mom.
She hasn't been back since. I haven't seen either back here since.
imrachellea Along those lines, when I was back to school after having my son, I swear EVERY fire drill we had all year happened when I was pumping. Once a month. They always did them during fourth period (my planning), and it sucked so bad! This is horrible, but at the end of the year I just stopped going outside because no one ever found me back there. I would text a coach who had a walkie-talkie and just make sure it was actually a drill and then hide in my little book closet and pump away!
