  I think when it comes to the fruits and veggies, they're giving you the measurements of baby from crown to rump or brown to toes. Obviously the actual size and weight of baby isn't going to resemble the food pictured.

  I quit paying attention to those things after it said my baby was 9oz....I had an ultrasound and he was nearly 2 pounds and 13 inches.

  Based on the Bump estimates, my approximately 6 lb baby should be between 4-5 lbs. And the size of a coconut this week? Hah! That's a pretty big coconut I've got in there!

  I especially loved the week where the baby was 12in long and a pomegranate.  A foot long pomegranate?  okay.

  I never know what length mine is but weight is always in the range. I think in general they are on the low side though bc I'm 9th percentile.

  Lol yesterday I was told my baby is the size of a pumpkin! An Effin pumpkin! Are you kidding me. If that's what's coming out soon she can just stay!

  They're varied in example for weight, length and circumference. Pretty simple to figure out which is which every week...

  Last week she was a butternut squash, this week she's a coconut. Sooooo she is now half the size??? (I'm going off the picture, which was of the inside of a coconut, not the whole thing- which would have made some sense). And the durian was a terrible one. A) who the eff knows what a durian is I don't want to picture something looking like that inside of me- ouch and C) now that I have looked up durians it turns out they smell like rotting meat, yet another thing I don't want to associate with my child thank you very much.

  The only part that really irks me is when it says stuff like... "You are now 32 weeks (or 8 months)" and I'm like... please... there's still 8 weeks left and you're telling me I'm 8 months along?
