Congratulations on your pregnancy. I suggest you check out this link for any questions/comments about NT scans. I also suggest you lurk a little more. If you lurk you'll know that these types of threads are not well received in general here. We don't know if it's a boy or a girl, but you will know for sure when you give birth!
ETA there is actually a thread dedicated entirely to uploading your ultrasound, you should use it.

I wasn't asking for someone to tell me if it was a boy or girl, I was just wondering why 2 friends both said boy. I will delete this thread now as not to cause any issues
For what it's worth, babies look the same at this point as in they both have a nub. That might explain your friends' reactions.
So I'm guessing your U/S went well, maybe you should update your post and let those people know who gave you some good advice. :-) Some people just generally want to know how other people are.
Also there are theories like the nub theory that supposedly you can see, but they are just theories you wont know definitely until you have the baby in March, there is always room for error.
