Second anatomy scan today

two weeks ago baby was spine up and breech. Today I went back and she was spine up and breech again. They got her to move a little today not much. They got a glimpse of her heart, and part of her profile. She was sucking her thumb and had her other hand on top of her eye. It was awesome to see her mouth moving but I'm nervous about her not moving and needing a c section.

Has anyone had this in previous pregnancies? I'm 22 weeks along.

    I've never been in that situation but you have PLENTY of time for baby to move head down. I would try not to worry too much about it now

    I had a c/s due to breech presentation with DD. I agree with PP that it is a bit early to worry about, they usually check to see if they need to try an external version after baby reaches full term.
    That being said, check out spinningbabies.com or google positions to flip babies - there are some yoga-type poses you can do that are said to encourage the baby to move into a head down position. I never got to try any because we didn't find out she was breech until after her due date, so there was no chance to try a version.
    Eta it never hurts to research c/s preparation and recovery just in case you end up with a stubborn baby. Also talk to your doctor to see whether they would let you attempt a vaginal breech delivery.

    My big little man was transverse and causing me a lot of pain. Two inversions from spinning babies and he started exploring other areas of the womb. Took a few days for him to stop going transferred but he's enjoyed a head-down position ever since! That was at 19 weeks, and I'm 23 now.

    DS1 was breech at my anatomy scan, at 24, 28 and 32 weeks. He flipped sometime between 32 & 34 weeks. I had researched all the spinning babies tricks but hadn't tried many when he decided to head on down. Try not to stress, you've got plenty of time!
