Did I Ovulate?

Hello everyone!

This is the last cycle with my GYNE before moving onto a RE.  I did have a monitored (U/S) during my cycles.  Anyway - just wanted to preface this discussion with that as my GYNE isn't very descriptive so I leave with my head spinning and then the questions hit.  So - I turn to you ladies!!!

I have been on 100 Clomid this cycle and on CD13 had (1) 12mm in left ovary and (1) 11mm in right ovary. 

I have yet to ovulate (according to wondfo strips - they have been a little darker, but not as dark as the control line) and went in today CD19 to find a 26mm "Question mark".  My doctor took a sample of my cervical mucus and said I do not have and signs of ovulation and that 26mm could be a Corpus Luteum Cyst and I either did not ovulate or did and missed it.

I guess the question I am trying to ask is:

1.) Could that 26mm still be my follicle and I haven't ovulated yet?
2.) If I did ovulate...is there a chance my LH level didn't darken as much as the control line on the wondfo stip?

DX: PCOS (no cysts)

History:

Cycle 1 Clomid (50mg):  Monitored with 17mm follicle ovulated on my own - BFN
Cylcle 2 Clomid (50mg): July - August 20 -  Monitored with 22mm follicle - HCG Trigger shot - AF arrived DPO 24
Cycle 3 Clomid (100mg): Monitored with 26mm - no trigger - AF arrived DPO 13

    I am no doctor, but 26mm seems large not to have ovulated and/or not to have signs of ovulation. That being said, Clomid can reduce CM, making it harder to see signs of O by that. A blood test should be able to confirm if you have ovulated.

    Regarding second line on OPKs, I rarely see positive tests because most say not to take them in the AM, and I drink so much water during the day that I pee a lot and my urine is diluted. Also, charting your temperatures is really the only way for you to tell if and when you O'd. Good luck!

    Unexplained with (controlled) hypothyroidism and suspected ovulatory dysfunction (but, I do ovulate on my own)
    Clomid 50 mg 3/15 (unmonitored) - BFN
    Clomid 50 mg + metformin 4/15 (unmonitored) - BFN 
    First RE appt. 5/15; Natural cycle 5/15 monitored with 2 mature follicles and Pregnyl Trigger (full dose) + prometrium - BFN
    6/15 HSG - clear tubes & normal uterus; great PCT test results
    TI - 100 mg Clomid + prometrium (AM & PM) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 6-7/15 (monitored) --> no additional response and thinned lining - BFN
    TI - Injectables (follistim + Gonal-F, Ganirelix, & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 9/15 --> 3-7 mature follicles (3 definites and 4+ that could have matured due to trigger) @ O -->BFN + 5 large cysts
    BC for 2 weeks due to cysts
    TI - Injectables (Gonal-F, Ganirelix & full dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 10/15 --> 1 mature follicle --> BFN 
    TI - Last attempt at injectables (Gonal-F, Ganirelix & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + crinone (AM only) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 11/15 --> 3-4 mature follicles --> BFP!! 11/27/15 @ 13dpo (shockingly, actually waited until then to test)

    Beta #1 @ 16dpo (11/30/15) = 1,075
    Beta #2 @ 19dpo (12/3/15) = 3,150
    One baby: Saw heartbeat @ 5w5d (114 bpm; baby measuring 2.3mm)

    Update:  Ovary pain and wondfo strip bright red last night - so I am assuming from my u/s yesterday morning that was a 26mm follicle!

    Great!! I hope that means you ovulated last night!!

    @linne23 I hope that means you ovulated! You can have your doctor do a blood test in a couple days to see if you actually ovulated.

    Treatment: Clomid:  50mg, 100mg, 150mg - not successful and not monitored

                      Menopur 75ml (upped to 112.5ml), Ovidrel, & IUI  IUI #1 8/31/2015

    9/15/2015: BFP HCG - 400, 9/17/2015: HCG - 827, 9/21/2015 - HCG 3,327!
    Heartbeat 10/2/2015: 118bpm
    DS: 5/27/2016
