40 weeks and still pregnant

Well, my due date came and went and still no baby! September 7th is the date I've looked forward to for 9 months and now it's gone. Waiting on labor signs, do not want to be induced! Everyone tells me being induced involves a more painful experience. This is my first child. It's a girl!

    My due date is tomorrow, I really haven't had any signs of impending labor. My midwife said most first timers deliver at 41 weeks. I think they should set the expected due date at 41 weeks right from the start so we don't go crazy at this point!

    My due date is September 8th. FTM. I've been having labor symptoms for weeks now... Nothing officially has happen. I've been to the birthing center once and it was a false alarm. After that, I've been still having symptoms.

    My false alarm I was having contractions but they were irregular and when nurse checked my cervix she couldn't even find it. So I don't even know if I was dialated or not.

    I am now having cramping pain.. Mostly at night. I don't know what that's about. My next appointment is on Thursday. I'll be 40 weeks and 2 days. I really hope something happens in between.

    Me and my husband were really hoping he come this weekend.. He had a 5 day weekend.. And we're sad about it because we thought he wouldn't need to take time off work.. And use that weekend. But now he has too. Plus he works out of town from 4am to 8pm. If anything does happen it would take him 1.5 hours to get to hospital. Sigh..

    I am in the same boat ladies 40+5. Im so frustrated at the moment. I had a membrane sweep last week and nothing happend. Im at my doctor's appointment; really hoping to give birth soon.

    I'm 40+5 as well. Have an appointment this morning and hopefully will learn more about when to expect this baby.

    I'm 40 weeks tomorrow & really desperate to meet my little princess - we tried all the "tips" over the weekend & nothing, just practice contractions!! I'm finding it so weird not to be in control & not knowing when your actually counting down to!! Good luck to all of you, hopefully our little ones will decide to come out & meet us soon!! :)

    40+6 today and no signs of labor :( Feeling very disappointed because I am so excited to meet her and really don't want to be induced. Seeing doctor today to find out what to expect next. Good luck mamas!!! Hopefully the LOs come soon!!

    40+3 here.. STM & no signs of labor, just a few painless BH's here & there. At my doc appt. to discuss induction if she doesn't come before the end of the week. Was induced with my first, so not really nervous about it. Hopefully our babies make their appearance soon!
