hey ladies for those of you whos babies have dropped already how did you know they have dropped? And next question what were your experiences losing your mucus plug.
I never had a visual or a physical "baby dropped" moment when I had DD. In fact, up until the day I went into labor, I had people telling me that I'd probably go past my EDD because I carried so high. I went into labor at 38w4d. I don't think there will always be an obvious "dropping" for all moms!
My father told me today that she dropped. He said I was carrying a lot higher before. I also noticed today and toward end of day yesterday that my crotch feels like I have been riding a bicycle for several hours. Her kicks and punches feel lower tonight also.
I noticed when I wore a dress that I hadn't worn for about two weeks. When I put it on it just fit so differently! My mom had been commenting about the change in how I was caring earlier that week, but I really hadn't noticed until I wore that particular dress.
I'm a waitress on my feet 8-15 hours a day, so I have always carried "super low". There is a cook at work 7 weeks behind me who also carries super low. If he drops, I kind of doubt i'll notice... 3.5 weeks to go!
