Rash? Baby Acne? HELP!

first, I called my pedi and have an appt first thing in the morning.
I just wanted to ask other mommies if they have seen something like this, I thought it was baby acne yesterday but today it's twice or three times as bad. Doesn't seem to bother her. I haven't changed anything.. Detergent, wipes, formula, etc
It's just driving me crazy that I can't help her :( and she looks horrible :(

    Are you breastfeeding? If so put some breast milk on it...miracle cure for so many things!!!

    Looks like baby acne. Give it a day or 2 and you should see some of it clearing up or moving. This usually goes away within a couple weeks.

    It looks like baby acne to me and my LO's acne got really inflamed too. My pedi had me use over the counter 1% hydrocortisone cream for 3 days and the inflammation went down. I would only use it though if your pedi said to.

    My LO had similar and the pedi said it was a combo of baby acne and cradle cap that also can occur of the face and chest. Pedi said there wasn't anything we needed to do and that we could try hydrocortisone cream but that it wasn't necessary
