This might be a dumb question--I bought this sauce (
https://www.classico.com/Products/Four Cheese Tomato Cream) without thinking and tonight I read the ingredients. It said nothing about the milk being pasteurized. I assume that for some products this isn't specified, but how do you know when its safe to consume?? Being totally paranoid and type-a right now. Please someone talk me off this ledge haha. Thanks!
Re: Pasteurized Milk
Also, lots of dairy that we pregnant ladies are supposed to avoid because they're not pasteurized actually are, now. For example, I could not find a single UNpasturized Brie a few months ago when I looked for one. It's my personal feeling that a lot of the don't lists are far too conservative.
A lot of the food restrictions in the U.S. make me raise my eyebrows a smidge since they aren't the same in other countries. That is a topic for another post though.

Also, I pity the fool who takes my brie away from me.
I rarely drink as it is, so giving up booze isn't an issue for me. My OB said sushi is fine in moderation and obviously not the mercury-filled ones
Oh, and I still drink coffee and the occasional soda.
