  I've had this issue starting around this point with both pregnancies. I just use a little nipple balm like The Honest Company brand or there are a ton of others.

  Yes! I've been dealing for a few weeks. And they're itchy, too! It's gotten better with Shea cream moisturizer, but then it comes back again. It's almost impossible for me to not do something to scratch/rub my nipples in public :-$

  Yup. I started leaking colostrum a couple of weeks ago which I read can cause the dryness. I'm already using the nipple balm that I'll be using when I breastfeed (Gaia organic - couldn't find the honest company one in Australia) and it has helped heaps.

  Coconut oil! It has been my go to for itchy/dry skin and sometimes when my belly gets itchy it's the only thing that helps.

  My doctor said "avoid stimulation" And use any moisturizer.
