Stomach pains-loss of swollen feet.

in 2nd Trimester
All week my feet have been swollen along with puffy hands and face. I'm 25 weeks and I think I caught a virus. Upper abdominal pain in middle and right was vomiting with diarrhea. Now my feet aren't swollen. Has this happened to anyone. Had to leave work because of the constant stomach pain.

    I would call your doctor ASAP. Not to worry you, but some of what you're describing are symptoms of pre eclampsia. Hope it's nothing, but always better safe than sorry!

    Definitely contact your OB or midwife ASAP.

    I did, she told me I have a stomach virus. It happens after I eat. But my visit 2 weeks ago my blood pressure was normal and haven't had a headache or vision changes. I will definitely ask this week. I did at the last visit and she told me it was partly due to the humidity. The humidity had dropped ilover the weekend so that could be a coincidence
