I have looked everywhere for the answer, but cannot find one! I have a 26 day cycle. This month I ovulated on day 17. I started taking B6 after ovulation. I am 3 days late and going on 4 tomorrow for AF. I decided to stop the B6 3-4 days ago. I've never had a 28+ cycle in the last 8 months. Does anyone know if this B6 is this powerful LOL? Thanks for helping me out.
Re: B6
How long is your LP normally? What CD do you usually O? It could be that you ovulated later than normal this cycle, giving you a longer cycle than usual and making you appear late when you really aren't. Your cycle can change at any time for any reason and you're regular until you aren't.
You're on CD28 or 29 now? Based on your O date and longest LP it seems like you're right on schedule and not officially late yet. Did you confirm O by temping? A cycle variation by a few days is pretty normal. My cycle has been 24-29 days and other women here have cycles that vary even more than that.
Yeah, our bodies are weird sometimes
Piggyback, @LadyMillil ...
SA for DH pending.
I wouldn't call a few days of constipation on one cycle "often". Progesterone during the luteal phase can cause constipation. It is actually a common PMS symptom.

Not to mention prenatal vitamins
Edit for clarity
Yes, no that is completely normal for me to be off and on-both side of spectrum. Especially with LP. I drink a ton of water, always have. I just put down symptoms so basically I know what's normal and what's not normal.
My temp dropped a little bit this AM to 97.5 range so hopefully that means I can get this cycle done with. I've been having some health issues this month, so maybe it really is just effecting me more than I think.
