  I take a combo of B12 and Magnisium each day as a preventative for headaches, so far works pretty well.

  It isn't meltable, but I take b-complex vitamins daily for energy and for the b12 component since I'm a vegetarian. I still had a few migraines in the first trimester though.
  However, I thought it helped with nausea and would take an extra at night if I felt nausea coming on. I use the Vitafusion B-complex gummies.

  @Aussiechicka What brand of magnesium do you use. My doctor just recommended me to take 400mg a day to help with my migraines.

  @Shatzegirl When I went for the genetic testing I ticked the box that said I was getting headaches. They gave me a hand out that said to take the B12 and Magnesium morning and night as a preventative and then a combo with some other things for if the headache turns into a migraine. My OB approved it then asked to make a copy because I said it worked so well.

  I will have to try this. I have been getting headaches most days now since 13 weeks I'm now 16+2. It's awful

  I had a bad headache this morning and I tried the B-complex and it worked almost instantly! Yay!

  I've tried darn near everything (but these vitamins) and I am having no success. They are almost daily too, and over half of them turn into migraines before I can get rid of them. It's exhausting. This gives me hope. Thank you for this post!!

  @jellybellybean3 good luck to you! I'm so sorry you've been suffering! Did you see the magnesium & b-complex combo suggestion above, too? Sounds like it's a worth a shot!!
