My husband and I are totally stuck on 4 names. One is my favorite, one is his favorite and the other two we both really like. I'm just curious how others feel!
What Name should we pick for our baby girl? 149 votes
Ryan for a girl makes me grumpy, Nora and ellie are both pretty popular right now (but still pretty), so I think Natalie is my favorite. Such a beautiful name!
I'm soooooooo torn between Ryan and Natalie oh my gosh! Either of those but for the sake of the poll I'll choose one but they both are wonderful evening!
If you do Ellie, I would prefer Eleanor with Ellie for short. I like Natalie and Nora about the same and both are nice. Boys name for a girl seems just a little too trendy for my taste.

I like all of your girl names. I think if you use Ryan which isn't typically a girls name you should spell it differently. Maybe Ryann, idk I just think every teacher, etc. would assume she's a boy.
No you-neek spellings! I hate those. No offense @mamksweez, I just can't get down with weird spellings. I agree though that most people are def going to assume boy if they just read the name though.

So Natalie is my grandmothers name. She has passed away and in the Jewish religion you don't name after Someone until they have passed away. And Natalie means christmas or something along those lines and I'm due right around christmas, so I just think it's so special. Husband just likes the other names, and his favorite is ellie. No Eleanor no Elizabeth with ellie for short. Just plain Ellie. He is so stubborn
Natalie is beautiful and classic, Ryan is also adorable. Probably not as timeless on a woman as Natalie is, but those two are my favorites of your list. Not a fan of Ellie, but I totally hear you on the stubborn husband thing! Mine is completely stuck on Mallory and WON'T budge. It's basically like I have no choice other than Mallory due to his stubborn relentlessness.
20 years ago I named my daughter Tristene, with the hard E ending. To this day I have never seen this name used. And I love the fact that it is still so unique. we called her Trish for short... I just love unique names.

Ryan is a man's name, so that's an automatic out for me.
Ellie is cute, but it's very popular. She would likely be one of many in her class.
I'm not sure why I can't get over the 80's association with Natalie, it is a pretty name, but it just seems dated to me.
