Sensation of leaking nipples

so nothing popped up when I searched...
I've been having this for maybe two weeks? Might be a little longer..

I have the feeling or sensation of my left nipple leaking. Like it feels like it's wet my shirt. I'll look and feel my shirt. Nothing. absolutely nothing. No wet spots. My nipple isn't wet or shiny looking.

This is driving me crazy! I feel like I'm going nuts.
I'm a STM, and never had this with my first. Maybe that's why. Because this is my second baby, I'm imagining the feeling?
It's random too. I can't time it. It just will happen.

Am I alone in this, or are other moms feeling this too?

    Also a STM and I've noticed this feeling as well. I check and there's nothing... I'm kinda training myself to ignore it at this point.

    I'm starting to ignore it, but it's so random sometimes it catches me off guard and I think "great, I have to go clean up and change my shirt", and then I look and find nothing.
    I read today that in the next few weeks for me I could have leaky milk ducts, so I'm not surprised if one of these times it really happens.

    I am a stm and have had these feelings too, only difference is I am starting to have leaking issues. It is only occasionally and it is only the left side. I sometimes feel like it is a letdown but nothing really comes down. Worst is right after a shower. And so it begins

    I'm a FTM (21 weeks, 2 days) and I wish I was just having the leaking sensation and nothing was actually coming out....but I am actually leaking all of the time now constantly having to change my shirt...its been happening for a few weeks now!

    Breast pads are your friend. If you are leaking or just feel like you are, the piece of mind I find to be very valuable.

    I never liked the pads. I probably just need a different brand but the ones I had with my first, always filled up too fast and got my bra and shirt wet anyways.

    I'm 20 weeks and no sign of leakage yet but all my pregnancy symptoms seem to be delayed by 2-3 weeks. I'm a late bloomer.

    I am 21weeks with my third and several times I have gotten the feeling of a let down but nothing came out. It is really weird, don't remember with either other pregnancy.
