Keep the milk?

So I'm exhausted and this is probably a dumb question but... I was just pumping at 1 am since my baby is asleep and I'm trying to stalk up to go back to work and a stupid fly lands where the bottle and pump connect ( on the outside). I picked it off. would you keep the milk or toss it?

    I would for sure. It was on the outside of the bottle & breast milk has antibacterial properties anyway. After giving DS a bottle once, we noticed a cat hair floating in the milk (I was grossed out, but Elliott was fine). I know it's not exactly the same, but you just have to do the best you can & I know how precious that expressed milk is! :)

    Personally I would keep it. As long as the fly was not submerged in the liquid in sure it's fine.
