My feet are very swollen so instead of following my nesting instinct, I laid down with my feet up and put the tv on. Hoarding: Buried Alive is on Discovery Life. The last thing I want to do is sit still now! Talk about feeling the need to nest! What an awful/hysterical combo!!

Did you watch anything that made you more anxious?

    Oh man, I wouldn't have been able to stand that one! Yikes. Idk if TLC still plays those birth/baby shows but I wouldn't be able to watch it if they did. I think I would be getting antsy about not being in labor yet and comparing myself to those ladies.

    I keep alternating between sitting with my feet up and then nesting and cleaning around the house. I basically sit still long enough to plan my next cleaning project (most recent was switching out the sheets on the bed and washing the top quilt). I've been working my way through Once on Netflix, but I'm almost capped out. I'm going to need something new soon!! Buried Alive sounds a little too intense though.

    ETA @gollygeeitsamy I couldn't handle a birthing show right now, I tear up with an achy jealousy just reading the birth announcement thread!!! I would be a mess if I watched an actual episode of that!

    I agree, no birthing shows! I already spend all my time either reading this ap/checking the announcements, reading online articles, or talking about it so that's the last thing I should watch.

    Alright I'm jumping back into Voyager. I'm towards the end of season six I think? My partner and I have spent the six years we've been together going through all of Star Trek, lol, he's completely converted me.

    I saw Fear the Walking Dead pilot was available.. and decided it would be a great idea to watch it. Not only was the episode scary, the ads in between were even spookier! I ended up having vivid dreams about zombies the rest of the night. 

    I'll stick with the new Once episodes on netflix for now.

    This! I tried watching Walking Dead with DD2 and had nightmares about zombies all that night!! No more for me!

    Omg I just told my husband tonight that we needed to watch Voyager again. We're in season 7 of Doctor Who right now but I put our marathon watching on hold for when she's born and I'm couch-bound for a bit lol.

    We made it through the new episodes of dr Who in about three days. I finished Voyager a while ago. We just finished Enterprise. Now we are on NCIS and Psych until we start House of Cards or one of the superhero shows.

    Psych and The West Wing are on Netflix and excellent choices! I personally have been re watching Psych from the beginning lately...so good!!

    Ooh we've been savouring the newest doctor who! I love how theyre really connecting it back to the original!

    Also ermegerd this kind of cements me loving pretty much every post you have on this forum ;-) Consistent, kind advice and a cool nerd. Way to rock.

    Loving the nerdy ladies! Boyfriend and I cancelled our Netflix account a few months ago when we got access to someone's xfinity account. Probably gonna have to get it back and binge on all sorts of nerdy shows!
