  My mom is at our house to watch DS and DD. she told my H to take me out because I need to get out. Lol. She's so good to me:)

  I may be crazy, but we are going to take the kids to the drive-in movies tonight.  I made a picnic dinner to eat there and I got a bunch of snacks.  There will be some rides and activities and a playground for DD to enjoy before the movies.  It is the annual Dusk Till Dawn night (5 movies on one screen, 3 on the other).  I am just hoping to make it through the first 2 movies.

  I hear you. I have one pair of "fat shorts" that fit. I wear them most everyday and wash them over night . I'd be sporting a maxi dress if I were you.
  
  DH went back to work yesterday so I'll be sitting at home juggling my newborn and 2 year old. . He doesn't get weekends off so no fun going on here.

  My parents are here so I don't have to make dinner. Nothing exciting though, Same old same old. Nursing a baby and trying not to beat my toddlers.

  My sister, BIL, 8 yo & 1 yo nephews are visiting unexpectedly this weekend. DD is 2.5 weeks old & we have no set routine except that my chest is exposed 1/2 the day everyday. I'm not ready to have weekend company that we gave to feed, entertain, & 2 super hyper boys waking up my LO when she only sleeps in our arms. Ugh.

  Still waiting to meet our little boy! We tried to go to the zoo, but everyone in Houston had the same idea and then the roads got closed off. It must have been 10 cars vying for one open spot! At home relaxing now and we're going to make an ice cream cake for my dad's birthday coming up on Sep 12th.

  
  

  I've been wearing pretty much the same favorite pair of maternity shorts the last 3 months now, with maxi skirts in between when I need to look more presentable.

  I just went to a wedding the evening. I wore a black jersey dress and felt pretty good in it. I was a sappy hormonal mess watching the father give away the bride. I feel like I'm going blink and Vivie will be getting married. So many feelings (
