Can labor start in my lower pelvic area? Been having bad bad pains in my lower pelvis nd my hips. Im having some contractions but hurts most in my pelvis

It's hard to say. You'll know that they are real contractions if they are consistent, can be timed and nothing makes them better and they don't go away.

You'll know! Just like said above. Timed consistent contractions/severe tightening feeling that starts to be very painful
