Pumpkin Spice Latte PSA

if you have the Starbucks app they are letting you create a 'pass' to order the pumpkin spice latte early. :-)

I know I've seen people post about their devotion to this drink so I thought I'd share!

    It is a tasty beverage.  I think I can hold off a little while longer though.  Its 90 degrees here in Southern Ohio - I'm not craving the PSL just yet!

    My Starbucks said as long as you ask, they will make it. I'm drinking one right now, so much better with the real pumpkin the year! :D

    Had my first PSL this morning with 1/2 caf. They have changed it up a bit, but I love it! It tastes more "natural" and less spicy. I got mine at 7am so it was nice and cool in the morning so it was perfect!! I'm in Charlotte

    So those of you that have had it - is it sweeter this year? Or just more pumpkin, less spice?

    I think it's more spice. If you ever find it to be too sweet, or even spicy maybe, just order it with one less pump of syrup. That's typically what I do.

    I like the drink, but had no idea that they'd switched up the recipe for it! That explains why it tasted strange when I had it last week.  It was really spicy, I missed the pumpkin-ness of it. I think I'll just move on to the next holiday flavor ahead of time this year - peppermint mochas. So yummy!

    Even better is SBUX hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps. Oh wait, not this year. Dang. Maybe Santa will bring me one for Christmas (due date is the 16th) :)

    No, haven't tried it yet but I hear there is still at on of the spice which is the part I don't like. I love pumpkin spice but the spices they use just don't taste good to me :( I'm willing to try it but I have low expectations.

    I was planning on going to Dunkin this weekend because I heard they had it but Starbucks wouldn't yet until next week... Maybbeeee I'll try asking Starbucks first.. Has anyone had Dunkin's version?

    Just ask for it and they should give it to you, they have all the ingredients already for it. If they give you any trouble just rub your baby belly and give them sad puppy eyes til they crack ;)

    I asked someone at Starbucks about the real pumpkin added and they just laughed because there's only 2% pumpkin in it! If you follow @therealpsl on Instagram, it shared a link and a password to get your psl pass! I got mine today, and I did notice a tiny difference in taste, but I really liked it!! Still amazing :)
