Just a word of encouragement to all you ladies out there... we did it! Pat yourself on the back as you look at your beautiful child and be proud of your accomplishment. It is easy to be hard on yourself right now and get frustrated, but keep in mind this too shall pass, even quicker than you'd like. Good job ladies, I'm proud of us all.

I couldn't agree more! Today it dawned on my that my DS is alive completely thanks to me. My body grew him during pregnancy and my breast milk is the only thing he's had to keep him growing and thriving! It's pretty cool!

Thanks! I just made the mistake of looking at old pictures of "skinny" me. I shouldn't be torturing myself! I should be enjoying my LO and not beating myself up!
