i have no idea if my water just broke or what but I was looking down there (don't ask why) & all of a sudden I saw a white liquid just squirt out, completely out of no where. I've had to change my pants/underwear all night because I was thinking I was peeing on myself. but now I can tell that this is not coming from my urethra, I have no idea what to do. for now I'm sitting on the toilet trying to stay calm and find answers. btw no contractions/pains

You need to at least call. If you have anything at all "gushing" from your vagina, I'd say it's your best bet .

Definitely contact your doctor. Based on the info you provided, it sounds like it could be your water leaking. The best way to tell is to lay down for on your back for about 20 min then stand up. If you feel another "gush" it's most likely your water. Especially if it's continuous. Good luck.
