Baby shower

I have 3 friends that are being super sweet and throwing me a baby shower. I want to get them a thank you gift or do something for them to let them know I appreciate it. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe a pedicure or massage or something like that? Opinions or ideas? Thanks ladies!
