Aww these posts are so exciting. Team green-idk how you did it!! Lol....if I go over October 1st I'll be so sad, the days are going by really slow on beadrest, here's to healthy deliveries to us all!!!
Can't believe due date is a month away! I'm hoping to be at least 38 weeks. Last time I had baby at 37 weeks which really doesn't give me a whole lot of time left! Can't wait to see if it's a boy or girl! Should probably Make some padcicles soon...
Big maxi pads that have good healing stuff like aloe and witch hazel. They're frozen prior to being worn. (feels good on the sensitive bits) look it up on Pinterest- there are all kinds of how-tos!
October 1st as well and hoping I make it til then! I'm so paranoid about not making it til then. The fact that my weight gain plateued at 33 weeks and by 35 I had lost 4 pounds didn't help ease my mind. Neither has the pelvic pressure, increased back pain, the burst of must clean everything energy over the weekend followed by the I wanna curl up in a ball and sleep for days exhaustion I have now. Hopefully my OB appointment in an hour will prove that it's all just FTM paranoia.
I am so excited! I can't wait to meet my little girl! I'm a little paranoid about not making it to full term, she dropped significantly about a week and a half ago. I have my 36 week appointment on Friday, so I'll have to see.
Oh man I'm excited. I don't know why but I'm really hoping our little girl makes her appearance in September. I just don't want to wait until October has started! I can't believe it's already that time... Some days it feels like forever and others feel like it was just yesterday that we found out I was pregnant! I don't think you can ever feel ready enough... She's going to come whether I'm ready or not! good luck October 1st ladies. Don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but we all have New Year conceptions :P
Aww look at all those October 1st mommies to be. Due to GD, I'm moved up to September with potential date of 9/24. Just when I was so accustomed and excited for 10/01 since I heard the heartbeat.
I really was hoping for an October Birthday but honestly now I won't mind end of September ♡ DH said I hope she comes when she's ready, but secretly I hope that will be September. My heart melted I'm so excited, 27 more days until EDD everyone! I'd love to see when we all go!
I'm counting down too, but still hoping he comes late
We have consistently measured 1 week behind which i'm kind of hoping means he'll come late. I really wanted an October birthday AND I really want my maternity leave to run through xmas. I'm a waitress and still working so I've carried very low the whole time and statistically speaking, he's likely to come early since i'm on my feet for over 8 hours a day in which case, sapphire is a very pretty birthstone! lol. My restaurant is redoing the floors next week so I do get 4 days off which is so welcome right now.
If I get contractions, I don't notice them, no red flags here though constipation and heartburn are at an all time high which is SO uncomfortable. He also switched out of our regular position this week and i'm still surprised at just how much space they find in there! His leg is wrapped around my side! All the "stuff" is ready- crib/nursery, bassinet in our room, diaper bag, carseat in the car, hospital bag packed, clothes washed and folded, etc. BUT we obviously still have projects that need completed in the next 4 weeks and I don't have that magical nesting energy rush yet, but we're trying to clean the house (ugh the carpet in the nursery still needs shampooed!) and do the yardwork and fix what needs fixing (our washer broke, our porch steps started falling apart and a rodent dug a tunnel under our driveway- making a hole- and DH was so good about getting it all repaired)
Mostly I am "so ready" and "absolutely not ready" all the time Our whole world is about to change
