Sickness tips..

As a lot of us are feeling nauseous, thought it may be good to share tips on anything we've found that works or helps?! I'm trying gin gins ginger pastilles help a little! X

Sickness what a joy ay. I had really bad all day all pregnancy sickness with my dd and starting to get sickness with this one. I find snacking little and often helps and try something dry. Also Plenty of rest!

I've been eating crystalized ginger. I take a little nibble whenever I'm feeling nauseous. It helps. I also have been making sure I have food in my stomach. Waiting too long between meals has been bad news for me.
