Ovulating and getting your period after natural miscarriage

I had a complete natural miscarriage on July 31st, this was my first pregnancy. About a week ago or so I noticed that my nipples were sore and then it went away, I was suppose to get my period this past Thursday (6days late now) had no symptoms other than bloating and a 3-5 pound weight gain. Saturday I had extremely small amounts of dark blood (old blood) and now have sore nipples again. I know everyone's recovery is different but what has been some of your experiences?

My husband and I did have Intercourse this month, but I am trying to not get pregnancy crazy. I took a test this past Friday but it was negative.

    First thing im sorry about your loss. I had sensitive boobs for about a month after my miscarriage. Also my cycles have been long I miscarried may 23 and didn't have bleeding for 48 days I had a week there in June I had spotting like just wipe and it was gone. My second cycle was 40 days and I did charting and it looks like I didn't even ovulate then. This cycle I'm charting and it is looking like I ovulated cd 8 or 10 so it's a long waiting game cause your body is trying to get back to normal. I really hope you are pg but this is what I have experienced so far in my journey after loss. Best of luck :)

    Do I stared to feel sick today so I took another test and it was positive, craziness. That's for sharing your journey with me!
