Terrible pain

So last night I woke up on the middle of the night with the most terrible pain. It started in my neck amd went down my side /back stopping around my hip. I honestly can't explain the feeling it was all most a burning sensation or pain maybe. It hurt so bad to move or even breathe. I tried sitting up to rub it which didn't even help amd at times the pain would move into my stomach area. Anyone have any idea what this was? I have never felt anything like it

    I don't...but did it go away?  I know aches and pains are an unfortunately side affect of a growing body, and mine has been super sensitive lately.  If it went away, could you have just been laying really, really wrong?  Similar to a full body charlie horse?

    It eventually went away. it is now very tender and sore

    I'm having this problem right now. It made me nauseous it was so bad. Just had a dr appt today and nothing was off... But this pain... Just not cool! I'm thinking of trying yoga...? Body pillows aren't helping me.
