Hey Everyone,
I am new to the forum thing and I may not know all of the Lingo or shorthand 
My Husband and I are on our first and only cycle of IVF, we have used all of our wedding/savings money to fund our hopes of having a family. A little bit of history..... I have been TTC for 8.5 years with unexplained infertility. I have had multiple cycles of IUI's both med and non med with no success. Sadly. So we started CD21 with Lupron 20 and continued until CD3 and moved down to Lupron 10 and Follistim 150. Monday was our first bw day and my E2 was 345, so they had me drop my dosage to Follistim 100 last evening. I came in for bw/us this morning and got the call at lunch that my levels had doubled 695 and I have 15-16 eggies(which is good right?), so they have dropped my dose again to Follistim 75 for this evening. I am apparently responding super....super fast to stim. Our IVF schedule has us triggering on Sunday and retrieval on Monday. I am beginning to get a bit concerned. I know I should just relax and go with the flow but this is our only chance.

I'm too new to give you advice, I'm just learning myself- but join the September IVF group with us! There's a few ladies in the group that have been through it and are very helpful!
Unexplained Infertility- Postive for MTHFR Gene Mutation
Natural cycles with 1 miscarriage
-3 IUI's w/ Clomid= BFN
-IVF #1-Follistim and Menopur= BFN
***11 Eggs, 10 mature, 8 fertilized, transferred 1 (day 5) 2 made it to freeze
-FET #1- Transferred 2, day 5 embryos =BFN
-IVF #2- Follistim and Menopur = BFN
***11 retrieved, 8 mature, 6 fertilized, transferred 2 (day 3), 4 made it to freeze (Follistim and Menopur) = BFN
-FET #2- Transferred 2, day 3 embryos = BFN
**Changed doctor**
-IUI #4- natural cycle = BFN
-IUI #5- Follistim (5 eggs) BFP- lead to Miscarriage :'(
-Laproscopic Surgery for Endometriosis, Polyp removal and Cyst removal.
-IVF #3- Menopur, Follistim, Lupron, Ganirellex- BFP lead to Eptopic Pregnancy :'(

-Lapropscopic surgery- Removal of Fallopian Tube
-IVF #4- Estrogen Priming with Vivelle dot, Menopur, Follistim, Ganirellex- BFP
***15 Eggs retreived, 11 mature, 11 fertilized, 2 embryos transferred (day 3), 2 made it to freeze
Found out I was positive for MTHFR Gene Mutation during TWW of IVF #4

Some abdominal discomfort, injections are tolerable am sure you had a class on how to do it. And remember when you are going out of the house and you are not sure the time to be back make sure you have your package so that you have the injection at the required time.... Mine were twice a day so I decided to do 7am and 7pm. I had 7 eggs retrieved, 4 matured and fertilized, 3 made to blastocyst we transferred 2 and froze one. I pray the two embryos make it to term pregnancy but I leave all in the hands of God. Keep eating healthy, acupuncture etc and no strange pia exercise for now.... Wish you luck... God bless you
