RLS

Anyone suffering from RLS? I have it all the time but with my recent fibromyalgia flare-ups it's gotten much worse. Any home remedies or tricks to help with it? TIA!

  • Yes.  I hate it sooooooo much.  I haven't found anything that works to remedy it.  I can do some leg stretches to make it go away temporarily but it always comes back 10 minutes after.  Usually happens in the evening around bedtime (of course).  The only thing I have noticed is that it tends not to happen on days I have exercised... like gone to the gym and actually done yoga or aqua aerobics.  May be a coincidence.

  • I also have fibor.. I walk and stretch to relive the pain.. My on was send me to physical therapy it helps a lot..
  • Omgosh! I was gonna post something yesterday. I just started this maybe a week ago. At first I wrote it off as I was already beginning my "bad sleep" but than I started looking up symptoms & came up with RLS. Never knew that was even a thing. I was hoping for some remedies to. It's not every night but maybe 2-3x a week. I toss and turn and wake up about every 15 minutes to try & reposition. It works for 15 minutes longer and starts again. So irritating
