I haven't taken Diclegis, so I can't help there.
Regarding the ultrasound. I know we all look forward to an early ultrasound, and it's frustrating to have to wait, but ultrasounds are a medical procedure. I would caution you about going for a "boutique" ultrasound. Ultrasounds are believed to be safe, but just like any medical procedure you should only have procedures done when medically necessary by trained professionals.
The good news is that no u/s until 20 weeks likely means they anticipate you to be healthy with no expected complications!! No medical need for early ultrasounds is a good thing! Good luck!
