just one of those mornings...
I planned a newborn and family photo shoot for this morning. I got one of those chalkboards and made it all fancy with his name and birth stats and of course the cat pawed it and ruined it last night. Then the baby screamed ALL morning while getting ready. We arrived early so I could feed him right before and he had pooped EVERYWHERE...all over his shorts, all over his shirt...down his legs...all over his car seat :( and of course I only have one other onesie that is not family photo quality :(( What a day!

    Oh no! Hope it gets better from here...I'm sure the pictures will be great anyway :)

    I had to take my DD to the photo place twice because I couldn't get her to either keep her eyes open or stop crying. This will be the photo on her passport and American Visa (for 10 years):

    It looks as if she's about to poop! Babies and photo shoots don't go together haha

    Our LO was wide awake and pulling faces for our newborn shoot. Typical!!

    We also had an awful first photo shoot that involved a poop explosion, pulling over on the highway when we forgot to buckle DS1 in, cutting down our session because we were late, DD1 running away from the studio into the mall and lackluster pics. I almost did cry!

    @PurpleBookmark Oh my! That sounds even more intense than mine! I will say I got pulled over on the way home too and cried in front of the police officer as the baby cried in the backseat. Let's just say she let me go, lol!

    We did a photo shoot with LO at 3 weeks. I think he fussed more that day than his whole life. Fortunately the photographer was very patient and had no one scheduled after us. We did end up getting some good photos, but the best are of him just in a diaper
